Had a delivery meat was cooked ok but most of salad was pickled which ruined the whole meal for myself and my brother

Ordered chicken Donner & Chips in the wrap,,Donner was old and dry…ask for chilli souce..trust me there was more chilli souce than food…I couldn’t eat it because of all covered in Hot Souce ..spend £10 for food and drink with little tip as well…was so disappoint…need improvement….

wings we're old,hard to chew,smelled like lamb,one of our pepsi cans were poped,we ordered 2 different meals but we got two same ones,overall pretty bad.

Best food ever. So worth the 5 mins walk out of town centre. We got pizza and a kebab. Was fresh salad, perfectly cooked chicken and a delicious pizza. They also filled the sauce to the top instead of half way. Would definitely recommend.

Used Jasper's for years, over those years, the quality of the food has deteriorated and this will be the last order I make from here. Deliberately over charging me despite having the menu in front of me, food is always cold and tonight they reached an all time low when I opened my lamb doner meat and chips. Well I say it was lamb doner meat, it was more like chewing on a cardboard box. Absolutely disgusting takeaway tonight, reheated and still turns up cold. The guys that work there are good guys but standards have dropped as low as I've ever experienced from anywhere in Canterbury. You have lost a loyal customer Jasper's Furthermore, after a discussion several days later with the worker in jaspers, he stated that it's normal to get reheated food of this quality and called me sad for not accepting that answer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS KEBAB SHOP IF YOU WANT TO AVOID FOOD POISONING

Fair kebabs I had here past few years and the wings I had today was hard and its like heated up the leftovers! The guy who served cant control his ego! Asked for a sauce he said I need to pay, I asked can I pay by card he said min. £3..I asked for any sauce I can get as I dont carry cash and usually shops give sauce along with dish! He got offended and said he would have given me the sauce but not after I am comparing to other shops! Felt it bit rude! You just lost a customer, Jaspers. I wont go there anymore..
